Hi, my name is Linda, I am an English woman living in Spain. I am 62 years young and about to set off for six months on my third round the world backpacking solo trip. My first trip in my forties took in the States, New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia and Singapore. The second trip in my early fifties saw me travel through India and Nepal. I had thought I might not do another long trek because of my age but now having arrived at pensionable age I am delighted to say that I feel absolutely up for it and raring to go. I have two ladies coming to housesit and dogsit for my cocker spaniel and I am going to write this blog to keep them, my family and my friends up to date with my travels and welfare.
