My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited, The different faces of Viña del Mar

After seeing the other applications I almost gave up. And exactly herein you can recognize me. At one hand there is a lack of self-confidence. I never consider my own work or performances as good enough. But I do have the perseverance to not let that become in my way. I work hard and with discipline to improve my skills, techniques and vision. I am ambitious, willing to learn and my biggest passions are photography, traveling and exploring the world. It would be an honor to learn from the best and to get in contact with inspiring organizations such as Nation Geographic.I am convinced to have the eye for detail and the creativity that allows me to capture the beauty of human life and nature. I also have the patience and passion to retake pictures until they are as best as possible.What I would like is to learn new techniques to improve my wildlife pictures, to gain inspiring ideas to be able to reach the larger public and an expert’s input on how to tell a story solely with images. In my opinion, this scholarship is a life-changing opportunity from which I hope to gain sufficient knowledge and experience to increase my confidence and grow both as a photographer and as a person.
