Crisis in Thailand

USA | Tuesday, 20 May 2014 | Views [277]

This year has been tulmultuous in Thailand. Anti-government protesters want Prime Minister Niwattumrong Boonsongpaisan to resign. Because she refuses to step down, the riots have escalated and the country is in turbulent political unrest. Therefore, this morning the military  declared martial law in Bangkok to stabalize the country.

With all this said, please remember me in prayer while traveling through Bangkok. I will be staying overnight on May 30 in the airport;which is always a target for a coup from anti-government protesters. Also, this activity could cancel my flight  to Laos, and jeopardize my chance of  getting out of Bangkok.

We know the one who is in control of every situation so I give all this to Him and just watch His handi-work. Please  join me in prayer over this situation.

Bless you,

Angela Cutler
