My third day in here, in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam. I landed in such a big restaurant. The nuance of Chinese in here is so glorious. Greeted by smell and consecution of much kind Chinese food and decorated with big and bright lantern also lamp look like rainfall drop. Yes! It is impressive. I sit next to the girl. She introduce her name with huy. She commences the conversation between us with blaming me with the wrong pronunciation about her name that I believe it was huy. I admit it, it’s really hard to pronounce Vietnamese name, for me, they have thousands people with the same name and of course with complicated pronunciation. How they can survive with that?? ha-ha. It confuses me. 30 minutes just passed by correcting about her name, which finally I could identified it as thuy. There I meet 1 pok, 3 fung, 4 wenh, 2 humh, 3 hoi, 2 anh and of course another thuy (see…:)) then we eat the dinner . Up here for me there is 2 types of food on the menu. The usual one and the life challenging experience food one. Life challenging experienced food for me it kind of food that you shall try at least once in your life. On the table there is a heap of quill egg. I open the shell to see the matter. It is surprising me, the egg content is fetus of the quill itself inside. Gosh it is scary me. However, with my curiosity and life challenging experience background I try it. I can feel the head of the fetus in my mouth crushed when I munched it. The taste is fishy. Honestly, it is better to swallow it ASAP ha-ha. However, my friend wenh ate five of them. Then she tells me about mouse meat. Oh my gosh what then?not only tells it, she also order it for me, I ate it a bite, it just like another meat for me but it still mouse and my friend wenh ate the rest of it .What kind of girl you wenh??? (my thought) there are so many life challenging experience food that you could try such as crocodile snake and DOG. That’s why i awe Vietnamese here. They enjoy everything with joyfull.
