This trip is a first for me. While I've been to Mexico several times I've never settled in one place for longer than a week. Now I'm working with the University of Redlands, my alma matre, in co-facilitating a four-month semester abroad trip in Oaxaca, Mexico and Guatemala. It will be an adventure to say the least. Interacting with the undergraduate students as a "leader" or "authority figure" will be quite the shift from the previous interactions in Bekins and Holt halls after hours.
