My name is Laura. I believe in sustainable travel. Travel is all about appealing to the senses - to see, feel, taste, hear and smell what's around in order to see what others see and the way that they experience their lives (whether I agree with it or not). 

I believe in good food and good conversation and creating both of these on a regular basis. 

I believe in social justice and the power of communities.

I believe that we are given one life and that life must be lived to the fullest.

I believe in being yourself. Dancing in the rain; singing in the shower; laughing at inappropriate moments; having a creative outlet to allow you to be the person you really are.  

This blog is me, expressing myself, my creativity, things I see, things I experience, things I do. Many have gone before me and there are plenty who will follow, but these are my stories, adaptations, views and reflections.
