The flight with Singapore Airlines was twelve hours of customer service bliss.  This is clearly a company that has decided genuine smiling matters and grumpiness  has no place in a service business.  I have never felt more taken care of in a coach seat.  I ordered the Japanese in flight dinners and could identify only a third of what was on the tray.
