Here we are finally in New Delhi.
The sun is strong and so are the mosquitoes. Even with loads of repellent I still got a few good bites only in one night!!!
We haven't seen much of the city yet but there are a few highlights:
- chaotic traffic and supper noisy streets - it's amazing how there are no accidents!!
- the public trash cans do not proliferate, instead we see piles of trash
- the food is very cheap
We stopped by a market close to the New Delhi train station and there you can find almost everything. Food, clothes, cell phones... Cows...
I didn't take any pictures yet, but I'll take care of that on the next 2 days.
