Day 13

IRELAND | Thursday, 17 December 2009 | Views [236] | Comments [2]

Another snorer in the room last night, starting to realise that u need about 12hrs in bed to get 6hrs of on and off sleep in a hostel.

Found a local internet cafe, so have uploaded some pics, and can get back to using proper paragraph structure. Also bought a Flickr account so i can now store all my images in full resolution online and not worry about deleting them off my camera or storing low-res versions on facebook or this site.

Went for a walk all around Cork City today...not a whole lot to see. But all the Irish accents are amusing, much harder to understand than the London or Bath accents, especcially when its a chinese/irish or an indian/irish accent. Saw their famous Church, St Finn Barr's and got some pics of the river. To tell you the truth i was expecting more of a quaint town, than a port city, but ah well.

Ate a cheap 'sub of the day' sub at subway and its not agreeing with me.
Went shopping at the supermarket (Marks and Spencers) got some groceries going to try and cook something tonight.

Probably heading to a local pub tonight, but neither of us are feeling 100% so wont be anything particularly exciting.
