2 weeks on the Mongolian Steppe

My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

Mongolia | Sunday, January 13, 2013 | 5 photos

I live in Hong Kong and grow up here. 27 years old now, studied in Economics in the University. 2 years worked in finance industry. No way, so another 1.5 years in a bookstore. And then think I need a longer trip, so in 2011 summer I flew from Hong Kong to Berlin, and took trains back to Hong Kong (The photos submitted are also from this trip). And this is the reason I finally stopped in Mongolia for 2 weeks.

I now work in a local newspaper's library (so to continue saving money for the next trip), I enjoy working in the library as current affairs is my concern, and also I can see lots of old photos archived in the library, though the daily routine is really bit boring (I am not qualified working in real production).

Talking about photography, I am not professional (at least I do not make any money from it, stated in the requirement). I had my first Canon 350D when in my college, but I find that I also enjoy taking film photos and also B&W ones so I learnt developing B&W photos myself.

Camera used in the trip: Voigtlander Bessa R2M, Sanyo CA-100 video camera
