My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

Indonesia | Friday, November 30, 2012 | 5 photos

Nowadays, I'm a part-time lecturer in an institution at Bandung, Indonesia. When no classes, no activities need my responsibilities as a lecturer; I love to take a short/long journey around Indonesia and South East Asia. I most like the sea, but never reject any chance to visit any little mountain and enjoying any city/village trip. Because, for me a journey is not for fun only, not for adding my photos stock only, not for denying any facts I'm facing. A journey is a way to reach some new life lessons directly, although in a simple way. I believe, when I do a journey with heartfelt, no hatred and anger; when I go without ignoring the earth rhythm; the universe will bless me.

I’ve ever visited Ciptagelar. Here I shared five photos with you. Ciptagelar is an indigenous village in West Java. It has its own governance structure and rules, has local policies that implemented to fortify their village from outside influences that could damage the balance of nature. Paddy/Rice is the highest treasure in their live, is sacred, should be greatly appreciated, not be wasted, can not be traded.

And now, why I should be chosen? Well, I'm not that unique, a beginner who love to choose simply way; but maybe it can give you a different viewpoint to enjoy a journey undirectly.
