Hello!!
My name is Konstantina and ever since I can remember myself, I love photography and travel.

When I travel I have the chance to get to know different people, cultures, customs, different philosophies of life.
But when I take a photo during a trip, I have the chance to get other people a little bit closer to the culture, customs and peoples' philosophy of the place I've been... And this is a challenge that inspires me.
I am fascinated by the power an image has, the fact that I am able (at least I try) to tell a story about a place, a people, a nation through photography.

I have studied Economics, but if I had the chance to go back now to university again, I think I would choose to study photography.
That's why I think this scholarship is a tremendous opportunity for me... to learn things from a renowned photographer and simultaneously to try, once again, to "tell" a story about a fascinating country through my own "eyes".
