The definition of a beginners mind refers to "observing or looking at things as they truly are, as opposed to what we think they are or evaluate them to be". This is how I approached photography.
As a kid, I was a musician, for a living, I make sound effects for video games and in my spare time, I travel and take photos. I enjoy learning new things and expressing myself in different ways. I love shooting photography because everyone has a different perspective on the photo that they are taking. My eyes see something different than the next person, and that makes us all unique. What I would like to achieve as a photographer is the ability to convey an emotional image. To capture the moments that continue to inspire us all to push through and achieve our goals.
One of my personal goals is to travel the world helping different organizations in need, while documenting my experience along the way. I'm using my time now to learn more about travel photography, so that I can go out into the world with that knowledge and capture something truly amazing.
This internship would be a wonderful way to push myself further in the direction of honing in on my craft. I love learning from people and would use every moment to absorb as much as possible from Jason. I am fit, love traveling and have an incredible willingness to learn. Thank you.
