Had the most excellent of birthdays thanks to P Dids. We had some food from the market for breaky supplemented by some fruit and coffee from a cafe next to the Central O'tel where we were staying.  Then it was time to saddle up the canoe for the adventure upstream.  Saw an iguana jump 20m from a tree into the river and swim to the other side and later in the day we saw a water dog.  Packed a yummy lunch of tuna rolls, and Paul surprised me with a chilled bottle of white wine.  Dinner of curry followed by a bit of debauchery with Kenny G.  It was one of my best birthday's yet.
