When I got my first job, I told myself that I’d save to travel. Work, save, travel was my motivation. It’s been 3 years, 6 countries and over 14 local places in my homeland – It’s a fact that I am in love with the world.
Photographing my travels is a way for me to keep my memories alive. A click of that shutter immortalizes a moment. I’d usually stay for hours to wrap myself around one place. Being in the moment makes my photos genuine representations of my experience. I love travel photography because every moment and place you capture is unique and visualizes something that only that place can offer. Each photo is a surprise.
Travel photography is a way of making the most out of your life. It makes the world smaller and possible to conquer. Traveling is a happiness that I want to share through my photos. The purpose of my photos is to show how beautiful the world is and to encourage everyone to travel. I started a travel photography blog to do that.
To be able to capture the world more and share it with more people is something I want to give back to the world. To win this scholarship is to be able to give justice to the world by learning to capture it more beautifully.
