I am 41,a wife and mum to 3 amazing boys who strongly believes in chasing your dreams.After giving 15 years to our business I one day realised I had completely lost who I was.As an individual I was completely withered.I searched and eventually found a renewed love for life as I seen how exceptionally beautiful the world was when viewed through my camera.I’ve recently completed studies in Commercial photography, to be continued in 2013.The most valuable thing I have gained is the understanding of where in the industry my passion lies.In capturing the unpredictability,the beauty and at times the harshness of what life has to offer.To see a young fighters pride and confidence grow as a result of my images and know I had created that positive impact is amazing.I would expect my images are not the average for this submission, that is why I chose them.A slightly different view on the brief a “place” I have been.I was hoping that in the wash of so many strong images mine may offer something a little unique and get me across the line.I would be so grateful to be awarded this opportunity that would allow me a glimpse into the amazing world of life as a photographer working in the field.
