My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

I am a 25 year old male from Kenya, humble, hardworking, adventurous and curious, i consider myself 'a free spirit' and i have always tried to bring that out in my photography but lack of pro-skills and know-how really derail me.

I have always wanted to be a photographer and i grab the tiniest chance at a camera have however realized that mentorship and more opportunities is what i need for me to get satisfaction from my passion.

It's my desire to make it for the scholarship and mentorship, mostly because i have tried to make it by myself (i am an orphan but i haven't let that affect my talents and passion) both in life and in photography and for this i believe that i have self-drive which i will dedicate entirely to the scholarship and mentorship in the bid to make it through as a photographer. Also, being away from home doesn't affect because i love travelling.

It is in my prayers that i make it through, because i am more than sure that i can take all the way and come up with high quality and creative images.
