I promised myself to teach Chinese boy how to fly

It was ordinary Thursday. My family was eating lunch, when evening news says, that 3-year-old Chinese boy weighs about 60 kilos. He has an unusual illness. His mother can’t take her son in her arms.
“Sooo fat” – my brother laughs with a chicken leg in his month.
TV says, that boy’s favorite toy is a superman. “I would like to fly and save the World, but I’m so fat. So I will never take wing”.
I'll never forget that moment. Where people take the possibility to fly? In a dream? In a plane? We need to die and to born in bird’s body? Or we need to wear that stupid costume and jump from the roof?
My aunt is thin like a ray, but she holds so a lot of materials in her hands. She will never tear her feet off the ground.
I promised myself to teach this boy how to fly. But first of all I have to teach myself.
I remember as I found my first winds by cycling. Warm wind kisses my closed eyes and I feel strong white feathers on my back. Then I found it by falling in first love, by finishing the major university project early morning, climbing on the top of the mountain, hitch-hiking on my own around the Crimea and falling out of a plane with a parachute. I travel for days and nights looking forward for this feeling. And I copy stories about people and places which give some air between my feet and the ground.
It was a hippy who gives me shelter inside his bungalow in January. It is a photographer from France, who takes pictures of music festivals all around the world. A 72-years-old man from Iraq, who bring some Switzerland toys for Ukrainian children.
But the fly never lasts long. Over the years bicycles and projects stopped lift me up.
Chinese boy keeps growing. And I need to find new and new ways how to put our feet higher.
I think about it for years. I get drunk and tell someone at the parties, that one day I will write a story about the wings for the fattest boy in the world. I will engineer a hundred constructions that will keep his young and heavy body above the asphalt routine.
But I have never put this idea on the paper, yet.
