About kataotto

Many Buddhist teachers interpret mudita as an inner spring of infinite joy that is available to everyone at all times, regardless of circumstances. The more deeply one drinks of this spring, the more secure one becomes in one's own abundant happiness, and the easier it then becomes to relish the joy of other people as well.

My massage practice is a constant source of inspiration and growth. By facilitating structural change and healing in the body, I am given the opportunity to develop a deep sense of mudita, as I delight in my clients' well-being. My practice challenges me to stay present and become more aware of my own physical, emotional and spiritual experiences. It allows me to embrace my interconnectedness with all beings, to turn toward health and create ripples of joy and peace in the world.
