When began adventure, we must conviction for discovering news thing should have been since early. Although it is very tiring the course of that, but it will give a lesson and memories . That 's what 's happening to me when i travel to dieng , wonosobo, Indonesia. This area was dwelling known as a place of the gods . Dieng derived from two words are in ancient language sundanese “di” which means the place or mountain and “hyang” meaningful gods. Areas that are 2000 meters above the sea surface have the beauty and charm of nature . Coupled with the building history decided dieng scattered in the temple area
The temple is a building that was once a center of the belief in God so that was a means of communication between God and his devotees. Many temples in the area are named like a puppet in the story, such as, Temple arjuna, puntadewa, sembadra, semar etc. One of the interesting temple candi semar is which is still often made into shrines and rituals. Not quite there, dieng also offers exotic ijen charm and a stunning sunrise.
In the socio-culture , dieng is an area with a famous hair “gimbal”. Gimbal hair that grows in children dieng , believed to be reincarnation the moloch that must be held in honor . So honor is manifest in the ceremony ”ruwatan , cut the hair that grows in gimbal child head for the child can grow healthy and safe . Supposedly , if not reap disaster believed to be done . For three days the way , i would you found something new from the spiritual, where people dieng have the belief called “Kaki Tunggul Sabdo Jati”and make semar be sign. Semar known in punakawan java , famous and wisdom . This is my eyes open to reflect himself to rediscover meaning and nature of life at the moment . Although the physical semar born wasn 't perfect , but the noble will be the main for the society and dieng general. From simple things, I learned, that being a human being needs to begin from the attitude of tolerance in order to become discerning and wise later.
