Mucugê is localizated in Bahia, in the Chapada Diamantina.
It's a small city, old and calm.
We, students of COOPEC, made in the last month a travel to Mucugê, where we some walks and we went to turistic places that's the importants fountain of economy of the city.
In Mucugê there's a project called "Sempre Viva", it's responsable of the plant called Sempre Viva too, this plant was almost extinct when searchers of diamonds started to sell them. In Amsterdã, they cost 500 euros, because their flower live 50 years.
The water of the waterfales of Chapada Diamantina in dark because there's a concentration of iron in the soil.
The Diamond's House, show us the tecnics of how to make a beautiful diamond, since the olders, until the most moderns.
In the city still exists the Cemitery of Saint Izabel, the only Bizantino of South America, with gotic aspects, and some people are burried uprigert.
