So I'm going to try and do this whole blawg thing while I'm away. As much as I hate the blaug it seems a lot easier than sending indervial emails out to people or big group emails where people get depressed cause they got left of the 'list' and most of the people who are on it don't give a shit anyway. This way people who care can see what I'm up to and those who don't can find a hole to crawl in douse them self in petrol and light them self on fire for all I care.
I haven't actually gone anywhere yet. For those who don't know Ive been offered a job in a ski field in Japan over the summer and will be leaving mid December. I stumbled across this site while buying travel insurance and I though I may as well make a first entry to get it going.
So far I've been flat out organising shit. Yesterday I decided it would finaly be a good idea to actaly look at flights just to find out there was no frequent flyer flights left in all of december, don't know why I didn't see that coming. The 3 cups of coffee I had just drank didn't really help matters and I had a freak out but to cut a long story short I ended up having to pay for my flight which was $1200, which is good cause most of them were $1700. Today my visa arived and I booked flights to melbourn. I also got the travle insurence which cost me $400, so I haven't even left my house and I'm already $1600 down, and I though I might have enough money for an Ipod before I left :(. So I'm now somewhere near half organised not at all. At least I know I'm going and I have a date.
