My Photo scholarship 2010 entry
Thailand | Sunday, October 17, 2010 | 3 photos
These 3 photos were taken at a place called Pai, the famous rural village in Mae Hong Son, north of Thailand.
This small community is purely covered by nature and culture. Both local and international tourists usually come and visit in winter so they can enjoy an easy breezy low temperature, which is hard to find in tropical country.
You can find diversity here. Where people live in peacefully. You might spotted by mosque, Buddhist temple, and Chinese temple. There is tribe out of town. Where you can see their small village and their traditional clothes.
Apart from cultural things, Pai also offer you to embrace the nature. The Mho Pang waterfall is only 15 minutes from town. Take a little time and play with them or show them love by donating small amount of money. The grand canyon where you can enjoy the great sunset. Or even enjoy yourself in nature hot spring. These are things you can find in Pai.
Thank you for taking your time review this. I am sure I got potential to take part in this travel scholarship. I am not professional photographer but I love to shoot. That is important thing! Joining this trip will allow me to gain more experience and learn from the guru. I can also share technique with other photographers. That will improve my photography skill. And of course, i'm dying to explore Bhutan.
