Happy Moment of the Day

I am from Cambodia, where Photography is not something which people value that much yet, partially due to the level of living standard. But the passion is getting stronger here as far as I observe as I recently have founded the first CAMBODIA PHOTOGRAPHY CLUB. Photography has been in my blood long time ago since I was 10 years old when I saved up to buy my first film camera. I love traveling so much- I think this runs in the family as my parents are so much fond of traveling. We seek every opportunity to see new places and meet new cultures. I have been to nearly 20 countries, which is quite many for a typical Cambodia young man but my intention is way more than that. I love seeing different places, different people and different cultures and most important of all I love capturing those worth-freezing-in-memory moments. I keep improving myself over the year by talking to different photographers and sometimes travel with them if the opportunity allows. I love learning new things and enjoy seeing things in a different vintage points. I sincerely hope to have the chance to be the first Cambodian to receive the scholarship and show the world that Cambodia is ready to upgrade its photography.
