I’d always enjoyed photography, but found a zeal for it while working on my BA at Melbourne Uni. After finishing my Honours year, I went overseas where I discovered my 2 true passions – travel & photography & that the sum joy of them is greater than the 2 parts. After 7 months & 1000s of photos, I’d found my love & returned home to study photography at RMIT.

I love to travel – & do it as often as I can! Photographing my trips helps me enjoy them even more – at the time and later in memory. The opportunity to learn & improve my work at the same time is amazing. Seeing the differences & the similarities in the way people live fascinates me. The kindness of strangers touches my heart & shines through despite any language challenges. Discovering the beauty of new places can take my breath away – from towering skyscrapers to serene valleys & barren deserts - there is beauty in all, waiting to be discovered. Visiting new places lets me see the world & its people with a sense of wonder. I would love to share this feeling of discovery & awe with others. My hope is to inspire people through my photos – to visit another country, to view their own with new eyes or even just to imagine.
