My ultimate dream job would be to combine both travel and photography together and get out of my current occupations as a police officer and chef. I find photography is my stress release from my work, both jobs can be very high strung at times but when I’m looking down the lens I’m not thinking of anything but that image and how I can take that exact image home with me to see again and share it with who ever I can. The most pleasure I get out of photography is when I see someone else looking at my pictures and smiling. My passion for ‘capturing the moment’ started at an early age I always loved memorable moments especially from my holidays but that has grown over the years and now I look at much more I love looking at different lighting, colours, leading lines and the natural story that comes out. I spend a lot of time visiting exhibitions and find myself critiquing/admiring everything I see, also dreaming if only I could be that good one day. Five years ago I bought my first SLR and haven’t looked back. I have completed a couple of short courses but desperately want to do more. I love learning and know I can be a great photographer if I had the opportunity.
