A local festival highligh, tattooing. In a country where Hepatitis C is amongst the highest in the world.

Moving toward the northern point of Myanmar brought me through a dusty rustic rural Myanmar. Here children entertain themselves with an afternoon of cockfighting

A big part is food. Here is a local slaughter house killing food for the festival, the warm meat still twitching in the morning light
