We often go to various tourist places have fun and come back. But little story nearby can take you for surprise. The story which probably is not written in any travel guide book! That is the motivation behind this film; to explore the unexplored. This film is about one such story we found nearby very popular tourist spot. The tourist spot is Bhaje caves located in Pune district of Maharashtra India and the story is about a person staying in the base village of these caves.
After completion of my graduation in Mass Communication, I tried a hand on video camera. I made a short promotional AV for a not for profit group. After that AV, other NGOs approached me and since then I have been making low budget AVs for NGOs and other social initiatives.
I would like to take this film making to the next level now. As I travel a lot on Motorcycle, I want to explore the places I visit through camera. I want to document the unseen, unnoticed or noticed but less understood aspects of life. This scholarship will act as a lamppost on this path. This scholarship will help me understand various aspects of travel film making such as aesthetics, commercial viability and so on.
