This photo was taken from one of the rooftops of the Alhambra in Granada. I took this photo because the view overlooking the city was just breathtaking. The clouds and the sun gave me the impression that the city was still so 'alive' although there were looming clouds up above.

This was taken in Seville, before I met up with some of the backpackers from my hostel. This picture, which was taken in the evening, is meant to represent the 'relaxed mood' of the people in Seville. Most of them were in the taverns to the right and only a number of people were on the streets walking about.

This was also taken at the Alhambra, in one of the gardens of the palace. I took this photo because I wanted a 'still' or 'stationary' feel to it. I wanted to portray time being stopped to 'preserve the essence' of a grand palace which was no longer in use, but which was still maintained and kept after centuries.
