I am a US expat currently stationed in Vancouver, BC. I have a passion for photography, documentary media, food, travel, tech and music. I grew up in the US between California and Indiana. I obtained my honors B.A. degree in Communication/Media Studies with a concentration in Computational Thinking from the College of Charleston in Charleston, S.C. I moved to The Netherlands where I completed my honors M.A. in Media Culture from Maastricht University. You can learn more about me on my personal website and my blog.

I have recently launched a social, online initiative called My Main Street Project (on Twitter @MyMainStProject) that geared towards documenting our world's changing cityscapes. Inspired by my world travels and most recently by my trek across the rural US (from IN to Vancouver BC), the project aims to tap into the social and collaborative nature of the web to document transformations of the quaint and bustling.
