Kanchanaburi, West Thailand - Days 5-6 of Group Tour

An elevated view of Hellfire Pass, constructed as part of the Death Railway during World War II. Over 100,000 prisoners of war and asian labourers died at the hands of the Japanese during the making of the Railway (which had been thought to be impossible to construct). The audiotour of this area really made evident the extent of suffering to which the labourers at went through.
