She watched for the soft breeze above
She stood rooted on her thin white legs
She swayed on the hinges of her arms
And listened
And paused
And waited
For the knight to take her to see her sisters
standing tall on their thin white legs
greeting her from the high breeze above


I travel and I imagine stories to go with the people I see and photograph. I wonder where they come from, what lives they have lived, what they are going through at the very moment in which I take their picture. This lady stood at the door, leaning on its wooden planks as if in thought, waiting for time to pass her by, waiting for a secret to become clear to her. She captured my attention because of her pose, her thinness and her decadent clothes: I quickly took the picture... the moment was over. She faced me and smiled. 
My name is Jessica Rossi and I have been attracted to photography since I was a child. Only now have I really gotten the chance to develop my love for it and I am attending various courses in the hope to become a photographer in the near future. When I take a picture I look not only to tell a story through the moment but also to convey a certain atmosphere to it, a feeling in the subject, colors and quality of the photo.
