Hi, my name is Jessica Dale. I'm 19 years old and I'm currently in my first year of studying BSc Biomedical Science at the University of Hull.

During gaps in my studies, I live in the town of Melton Mowbray in Leicestershire. It's a quite kind of place set in beautiful Midlands countryside and well known for it's 'famous' pork pies.

My particular academic areas of interest are immunology and medical microbiology. Basically, how we get and fight off diseases! 

My likes are mostly food related but I also enjoy hiking, music and literature.

Dislikes are being too hot and big spiders <- so why am I going to the Amazon again?
