Today we left Cuenca and our host families to adventure off to Guayaquil. It was sad leaving our families that we have spent the last ten days with them and have gotten to know them very well. We have built bonds that I had hoped for with our host sibilings and mom. I hope to keep this relationship with my family for the rest of my life. The bus ride was a long one and once we reached the bottom of the mountains, the dramatic change of climate could be felt by everyone. it went from 60 degrees to 90 degrees instantly. Once in Guayaquil, we were all tired from the trip and went for a small dinner across the hotel and headed to bed.
