    Well the airport at Bangkok has re-opened after an eight day closure by protesters. Our flight however has been cancelled. However, ( this sounds like the bad news and then the good news!!) we now have a flight on the 10 Dec flying to Phuket in Thailand. It took aminute to get my head around the change in plans but basically I am just pleased that we now have a flight, even though it is a few days later than originally planned.

    Wow , sounds like you have had an adventure even before you started your adventure. Great to hear from you, have been thinking about you both alot these days as there is talk in the wind about maybe coming to Australia. I don't know yet for sure but will over the next two months start exploring the idea. Tor has mentioned the idea over the last couple of weeks, we'll see. In the meantime am envious that you are on another travelling journey and look forward to hearing and reading about your experiences. cheers, Mary
