On my honor I will do my best to serve my God and my counrty, this is the motto that resonates closest to my heart. Since an adolescent I have embraced what it is to be one with the earth. To live and to take pride in the land and all that lives on it. I have trained for the past eleven years in specializing in outdoor survival, trekking, and ecology. Falling for the photographic hearts of Imogen Cunningham and Gurtrude Kasebier, I channel my infatuation with capturing the natural world and bring forth what is to be celebrated photographically. Posting up to wait patiently for nature to happen, or to predict where it may appear. Tending to the little details that often get over looked during exploration. I have a nomad spirit and a native soul who devotes my energy to utilizing photography to be the medium for life as we know it. A tool to discover and eduacate those to come. Upon completing my degree in Art and Photography spending countless treks and learning the waters of my Texas frontier I believe this opprotunity will be a catapolt to truely find my passion and desire to take my ability, to use my skills, education, talent and passion beyond the land that i know and love.
