In Warsaw right now and the rain has followed me from Russia. Have copped a few days of it now but can't really complain as I have had less than a weeks rain in nearly two months while in Europe. After my last blog I went out that night with the rest of the Contiki crew to a night club in central Moscow and you wouldn't believe it but I ran into somebody I knew in the night club. A big hello to Michael who usually sits about 30 metres from me at work. Michael was on holiday with his Russian wife. Buy you that drink when I get back to work Michael!
Saw Lennin's body in the Red Square and the Moscow Circus. Rode the world famous Moscow Subway and saw a few museums. On route from Moscow to Minsk we took in a few war memorials from both world wars until finnally making it back into the EU and to Warsaw. We spent 3 hours and 10 minutes at the Polish border before we could get through. A group the day before spent 12 hours!
Most of our group went to in Ice Bar last night in Warsaw and a scuffle outside saw three of our party get arrested. Hopefully they will get released today otherwise they will be in a bit of trouble!
Off to Berlin tomorrow where we will spend the weekend and mark the midpoint of my four month travel. It feels like I have been at it for four months already!
