European Adventure

I'm finally in London!! The flight over was long and boring but I did manage to get quite a bit of sleep, which meant very little jet lag. At the moment I'm staying with Lizzie and Simon in Clapham North. On the first night Lizzie, Simon and their friends took me out to Camden. A great place to party!! On Sunday we caught the bus into the city, a bit more scenic than the Tube. Although I've been here before we still checked out The London Eye, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. After a filling lunch and a coffee we decided to walk home. But first we had a quick sunbake in Kensington Gardens, well we were until a man came around wanting money to sit in the deck chairs, so we left. It looked like a long walk according to the on the map but it wasn't, London city is quite compact. But we weren't going home without icecream, we finally found a Mr Whippy in Battersea Park. I had a lovely day in sunny London!!
