Jackie Dennis is a freelance travel guide, specializing in the pan-Himalayan region. Trained as an oral and textual Tibetan language interpreter for the past eight years, Jackie now teaches Tibetan to her students on roof tops and mountain tops. She has traveled extensively throughout Asia, North Africa, Europe, the Middle East and South America, and she has no plans of slowing down.
Jackie studies Sanskrit and Hebrew, translates Tibetan poetry, writes travel stories, dreams of her next adventure and the mountain hermitages of Tibet.
