A winter day at Pamplona's citadel

The ugly weather keeps the people outside the walls that surround the citadel. There is no place to protect yourself from rain and snow but if you cross the big wooden doors you'll find yourself far away from the hustle and bustle of the city in a few steps.

Before the city wakes up, a few silent shadows start to move at the surroundings of the citadel. They do not say a word and look at you suspiciously. The only things you can hear are their steps, the dogs sniffing the ground and the wind whistling when passing trough the branches of the trees.

Few hours later the city is now a noisy and hostile creature and the citadel is the only place where you can run without worrying what comes into your lungs... provided you can face the snow and gelid air.
