My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

i am a budding amateur self taught photographer, i love everything about photography meeting strange and wonderful people going to amazing places and being able to capture it all.
the only thing i want to do is take pictures and travel. i have been trying to start my own company for a few months now building up a portfolio and trying to make a name for myself i am a full time chef so time is very limited but any spare is dedicated to my camera. i would love the chance to build my skills with a real travel photographer expert i don't think anything could come close to it for me. i chose my trip to Holland for my application as it my girlfriends birth place i love the country so much the people are amazing and i fell in love with the bikes and windmills i hope you have time too look at my photos and they reflect my memories and maybe check out my Facebook page monkey head photography even if you don't choose me for the scholarship thank you for taking the time to read my entry
