No matter what pursuit I am following, I am a driven individual always trying to improve myself and don't let anything get in my way in the pursuit of self-improvement. The pursuit of seeking out cultural diversity has already led me to live in three different continents, and have played sports for my country. I am a self taught photographer, who uses other photographers' work for inspiration, for challenging ideas and ways of capturing and how they frame an image, and am currently looking at improving techniques of capturing the essence of a situation, rather than trying to capture just the beauty.
I believe the opportunity to take photos with Jason would increase my knowledge about the subject and challenge thoughts and ideas I already have. I believe that with his help, I would be able to go from taking photos to relive memories and smile at their beauty, to taking photos which either tell stories, or make people stop and think about the situation, and have people question what the story or background is.
