HI everybody,
Quite the 24 hour air trip but it's worth it. Sunny and hot in Bangkok. Takes a while to get into this 13 hour ahead time zone but all is well now. Took some photos this morning. Went to shopping mall and it's (MacDonalds, Dairy Queen, Subway, Pizza Hut, etc) all here if you want it. I ate a small shop Japanese noodles w/barbeque chicken and broth. Excellent. Anyway, all is well and I'm getting my bearings straight and will move on in a few days. Took tour of one of biggest hospitals/clinics in this part of the world. Quite the place. Call Bumrungrad International Hospital and Clinic. They also have clinics in the south. American, Middle East, Europeans, Australians and many other people receiving care at 30% what you pay in the U.S. including travel and lodging.
