Travel and photography are two of my greatest passions.

I have taken photos for most of my life, mostly to document events and travels with my family and friends. I admit to my sentimentality and need to capture moments to reflect back on. Time marches on, and photography has always been my attempt to stop time in its tracks.

I have a goal to visit at least one new country each year, in order to learn more about the world. I have visited 25 countries so far. With each country, I have learned more about the people, culture, and myself. I look at travel as my unofficial education.

I have traveled briefly to Doha and Dubai, however I feel that those stops barely scratched the surface, as those two cities seem to be the most “Westernized” in the area. This opportunity would allow me to strip away any misconceptions of Oman and to see it with my own eyes.

Learning is a lifelong process and I know I have a lot to learn. I hope to improve my photography technique and to better develop my eye for images.

I hope that my photos can inspire others to see more of the world. I aim to be a travel ambassador of sorts. We must all wander on.
