I am Paola (though I generally get called Paula). My family is from Veneto and Istria in northern Italy. I live in Melbourne, Australia and have a food blog called 'italy on my mind", which is about the making and sharing of food and the influence of my family on this. It is about shared food and culture. I travel to Italy every few years to see elderly family. But I would love to go more often! I see a life where I am living in both Australia and Italy - hopefully I am working towards that happening!
