I simply love photography. I first started getting interested in it 3 years ago and I haven’t put the camera down since. The reason I think I should be chosen is because I am passionate about showing others how I view things , I love to take images that stop the 'busy people' to actually make them see beyond the screens of their cell phones and hopefully take their breath away. I love capturing moments, so when I made a last minute decision to go to Italy for a 6 month school exchange I went with my camera in hand knowing that beauty wouldn’t be far. Through doing photography I have learnt how powerful photographs can be. To be a travelling photographer is my dream job, weather I get this scholarship or not I will continue (with my camera) to work and improve. I believe this is an amazing opportunity, I know I will learn so much not just about photography but myself as well. I will be very great full if chosen, Thank you for your time.
