My Scholarship entry: The Secret of Kärnten

Hello!
My name is Ismael, I am an architecture student, but with a great wish about travelling also on my studies: besides my home university in Madrid, I have also studied in Valencia, Austria, and I have developed workshops in Bosnia&Herzegovina.

I am always looking for an excuse to take my rucksack to head a new destination in Europe or the world- as my mother always says- spending time reading or searching about pictures from somewhere new in the world to go.
There is something I always need to travel with, and it is my camera (a digital compact, I am still sparing from a reflex one). Something I really love doing while travelling is taking pictures, but not any picture, that anyone could have, I always try to look for the most unprecedent one, for making a report to my family afterwards.

I can be the perfect partner, because I love travelling,love walking beyond the tourist areas to really meet what I am visiting; love to take pictures, with a story to tell afterwards; but a digital compact has limited features, I am really excited about the idea of learning all the posibilities a good camera had to offer. I know I can make better pictures, I only need to learn.
