India Express

Originally I went to India to volunteer on a feature film but this was what I ended up making instead! A raw travel video diary documenting my experience in incredible India. Inspired by my zest for life, travel and immersing myself in other cultures.

This journey was the catalyst for pursuing film studies. Whilst returning to study Film & TV the following year in 2012, I met my good friend Dujon who shares the same passion for travel & documentaries. We both love to explore different cultures and the social narrative within this.

I've been a professional photographer for 10 years & now traversing into the world of the moving image has been both a wonderful new challenge, as well as rewarding in so many ways. My dream is to communicate, educate and share stories with people far and wide via film, and to be able to experience life in all corners of the globe. Since our individual travels to far flung places our technical skills have become a lot more proficient, (checkout or vimeo pages)

Winning this scholarship would not only be the opportunity of a lifetime, but would also mean Dujon and I are able to follow our passions, and be guided by the best whilst doing so. Amazing!!!
