I think that photography is a communicative tool that goes beyond the simple machine from which it is represented.
Through photos I can represent the world as I perceive it and at the same time I can get an emotion across the others, photos are like little tiles that compose the mosaic of life.
The reason that pushes me to travel is to discover and understand people and places around me in order to tell a story and pass it down through the emotion of a sunset or the profoundness of a person’s look in the street.
I’m joining this this scholarship with willingness to learn as much as I can from this amazing opportunity and I hope his experience could help me to discover and understand more about photography and his deepest essence, giving me technical and motivational instruments that permit me to express my visions and my ideas in the best way.
Last but not least, I’m excited at the idea to travel to Greenland, I really want to discover this wild place and try to tell a new story to all the people that will see my photos.
