That´s right! I received word of my promotion starting Oct. 2nd!! I will be in the last stage of my program as a floating supervisor. Essentially, I fill in at any location where they are short staffed with management. I could stay at the same location for several weeks or switch daily, depending on business needs. I am looking forward to the new challenege. They are already prepping me for the change and I am really enjoying the new responsibilities. Perhaps the best part of the whole gig is that I am primarily going to be working in locations 5 minutes from my home. That surely beats the 1+ hour commute time I have been doing daily the last few months.
